ON ORDERING

The payment deadline has been shifted forward to 24hours -- Once you submit an order for the items, payment is expected to be in within 24hours of your order submission.

When a comment form is submitted with just the names of the items, it is assumed that the intent of the sender is to purchase the items.

If a person comments for the item but fails to make payment 3 times in succession, the person will be blacklisted from the site. No invoices will be sent to the person henceforth.

ON LOCAL SHIPPING & MAILING

Prices are not inclusive of postage, W.E.F 1st of August.

Normal postage is priced according to the estimated weight of the item.

Certificate of Posting (evidence that the seller has sent the item out via normal mail) is priced at $0.30.
However, the Certificate of Posting does not allow tracking of parcels unlike registered mail.

Customers are strongly encouraged to opt for registered mail at an additional charge of $2.50.

PandaswithPistols will not be held liable should the customer opt for normal mail and the parcel goes missing through normal mail.

ON REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

PandaswithPistols does provide refunds and exchanges if an item is found to be defective.

Exchanges - Will be made if the item is still instock. For exchanges, postage fees will be borne by the buyer, and is to be mailed back to PandaswithPistols within 5 days of the complaint being filed.

Refunds - Will be made if the item is out of stock. Please note that if the item is still instock, refunds will not be made.

Please email PandaswithPistols within 24hrs of receiving your parcel if you find any defects and wish to do an exchange for your item.

We accept paypal only -- There is a SGD5 charge for every paypal transaction however.

We ship to all countries as well!

*Please note that 1 item = 1 article of clothing. For heavier items like shoes and bags, they may take up 2-3 items worth of unit space.
**Prices do not include registered article tracking. That service will require an additional payment of SGD2.50.

Please do not use our pictures for your own spree-ing purposes. It is honestly very annoying since most of the time, the items aren't even the same, and you're just using the photos as an example.

Please do not claim that you have the items that we are selling when you actually do not, this is considered fraud and warrants a police report.

PandaswithPistols is not obliged to provide pictures or information about our items once the item has been sold out and pictures have been removed from the website. Please save the pictures for resale purposes once you have purchased them instead of coming back to us for the pictures at a later date. This is because we may not have the pictures anymore, or there is simply no time to trawl through the masses of photos just to find the photo that you need.

You can save the pictures by printscreening the page, and then opening it up in Paint. Right click + Save has been disabled to discourage people from using our photos for their own commercial purposes.
